Refund policy
At JORD, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jordhair.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened or used products, items purchased on sale or with a discount code, and gift cards.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at info@jordhair.com.
