We chose titanium for a variety of reasons:

Strength

Titanium is known for it's increased strength in comparison to alternative materials. Titanium needles stay sharper for longer and are resistant to bending, which can cause unnecessary damage to the skin.

Corrosion Resistance

Corrosion & rust resistance are two iconic properties of titanium. When using a tool that is purposefully penetrating your scalp it's important that the needles remain smooth, sharp, and clean to prevent tearing, scarring, and risk of infection.

Lower Sensitivity Risk

Titanium is widely used in the medical industry thanks to its natural biocompatibility. It is often tolerated better than common stainless-steel alloys reducing the risk of reaction.

Bloodflow

Microneedling stimulates bloodflow in the scalp - but why is this important? Improved blood flow helps create the ideal environment for stronger, healthier-looking hair growth by allowing enhanced oxygen and nutrient delivery to hair follicles.

Growth Factor Stimulation

The micro-channels created by microneedling trigger the scalps natural repair response. This encourages the release of growth factors and stimulates collagen production which in turn supports follicle renewal.

Cleanse. Pre-clean your derma roller with and alcohol disinfectant beforehand.

Roll. On chosen scalp sections, roll the dermaroller horizontally and vertically five times in each direction. Make sure to apply gentle but even pressure - correct use will create a tingling, but painless sensation.

Cleanse. Straight after use, ensure that you thoroughly rinse and sterilise the dermaroller. Once done, place it back into the protective case ready for the next time you use it.

• Pair with our Hair Growth Serum for enhanced results. Straight after using the dermaroller, apply our hair serum to ensure maximum absorption and efficacy.
• Only use the roller once or twice a week. Not allowing your scalp time to rest and repair can cause increased sensitivity and compromise your haircare routine.
• Before use, ensure that your derma roller is clean and properly sterilised. Using any tool that penetrates the skin carries with it the risk of infection
