At JÖRD, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping destinations

Currently we only ship to destinations within the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@jordhair.com and we will do our best to assist.

These are estimates only. Please note that next day delivery can only be guaranteed if an order is placed before 14:00pm. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free 48h shipping on all orders & free 24h shipping on all orders over £50.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@jordhair.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs and duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
